Board of Directors of Revenio Group Corporation

The chairman of the Board of Directors is Timo Mänty. The other Board members are Rolf Fryckman, Matti Hyytiäinen, Julia Ormio, and Pekka Tammela. Juha Kujala acts as the secretary.

Timo Mänty (b. 1960), M.Sc. (Econ. & Bus. Admin.)
Chairman of the Board Mänty is Onninen Oy’s managing director. Before this, he was the president of Rautakirja Ltd., head of the Sanoma Trade division, and a member of Sanoma’s Executive Management Group. From 1996, he held the title Senior Vice President for Movie Operations at Sanoma Trade and was the managing director of Finnkino Ltd. In 1990–1993, he held the posts of Vice President with Suomalainen Kirjakauppa Ltd. (handling bookstore operations) and Director of Press Distribution at Sanoma Trade.

In addition to pursuing his career with Sanoma Trade, Mänty has worked at Hartwall Ltd. as senior vice president for Marketing and Exports as well as managing director of Mallasjuoma Oy and in various sales and marketing positions with Unilever Finland. Mänty has been a member of the Revenio Board of Directors since April 15, 2009.

Rolf Fryckman (b. 1954), Optician
Board member Fryckman is the chairman of the Board of Directors of, and a shareholder in, Eyemaker’s Finland Oy. He also plays a leadership role vis-à-vis companies in which Eyemaker’s Finland Oy has a stake. His previous work includes time as an entrepreneur in the optical industry, from 1974, and various sales and marketing roles. Most recently, he was the managing director of Cazze Optikot, from 2000. Fryckman has been a member of the Revenio Board of Directors since April 8, 2010.

Matti Hyytiäinen (b. 1960), M.Sc. (Econ.)
Board member Hyytiäinen is president and CEO of Etteplan Oyj. He also holds the position Member of the Board with both PKC Group Oyj and Prewise Group Oy. His previous work includes posts as senior vice president for KONE Corporation’s Escalator Business operations in 2002–2007, an executive vice president at Perlos Corporation in 2001–2002, managing director of KONE China in 1996–2000, and managing director of KONE Indonesia in 1994–1996. Hyytiäinen has been a member of the Revenio Board of Directors since March 31, 2011.

Julia Ormio (b. 1970), Senior Legal Counsel
Board member Ormio, qualified under an EEA aptitude test in law, holds the title Senior Legal Counsel at Outotec Oyj. She is also chairman of the Industrial Lawyers Association and a member of the Advisory Board of Finnish Listed Companies (Listayhtiöiden neuvottelukunta). Previously, she worked as a senior associate with Castrén & Snellman Attorneys Ltd., in 2006–2008, and legal counsel for Elcoteq SE, in 2001–2006, as well as legal trainee at the European Court of First Instance in 2000 and with the European Commission’s DG Competition in 1999. Ormio has been a member of the Revenio Board of Directors since March 31, 2011.

Pekka Tammela (b. 1962), M.Sc. (Econ. & Bus. Admin.), APA
Board member Tammela is a partner in Pajamaa Partners Oy. He served in various managerial posts in 1999–2006, such as CFO of Solteq Oyj and of Panostaja Oyj and as a senior manager in both KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Before 1999, he worked as an Authorized Public Accountant. Tammela has been a member of the Revenio Board of Directors since April 3, 2007.
