Demerger of Done Logistics Oy

The demerger of Done Logistics Oy has been entered in the trade register today, 30 April, 2010. Through this demerger, the company's Logistics Software operations were transferred to a newly formed company, Done Software Solutions Oy. Logistics Systems' operations remained within the current Done Logistics Oy.

The demerger will boost the efficiency of the profit centers, which formerly functioned independently. Both of the resulting companies will thereby be presented with the opportunity to develop their own businesses independently, and thus provide Revenio's partners with even better solutions and services. Wherever mutual cooperation will best meet the needs of Revenio's partners, the companies will continue to produce joint systems and services.

Pekka Soini, M.Sc. (Eng.) will be CEO of Done Logistics Oy and Ari Suominen, M.Sc. (Eng.) CEO of Done Software Solutions Oy.
